"Luv2Plumb initially came to the house for a blocked sewer line, further investigation on arrival tree roots were the cause of the problem and a piece of the sewer pipe was broken. A temporary solution to the blockage was applied and we were advised that a repair involving digging up the sewer pipes was in order. Luv2Plumb quoted us on the job promptly, we did contact 2 other companies to compare quotes 1 did not return a call the other did not respond to an email rather rude. When I confirmed the quote I asked if our kitchen sink mixer could be replaced also which was not a problem Luv2Plumb were on time both times they came to our place and their vehicles and personal presentation were very professional. Whilst excavating to repair the sewer pipe it was discovered that the tree roots had also damaged the storm water pipes further examination resulted in 2 repairs being required for the storm water pipes on top of the quoted sewer pipe repair. We were nervous about the additional costs, extra time with the excavator and additional replacement parts. The invoice arrived this afternoon and it was a very nice surprise when I opened the email. Summing up if you are in need of a plumber and you want one who will provide fast professional 5 star service over all areas of their business Luv2Plumb are the people to call. "
